Our Story

Modern and Healthy began after nearly a decade of real conversations.

Before starting this site, I spent nine years as a certified health coach, working with people one-on-one through all kinds of seasons: busy careers, family changes, energy dips, new fitness goals, stress, burnout, fresh starts, and those quiet moments when someone realizes they want to take better care of themselves but does not know where to begin.

Over the years, I noticed that most people need clear guidance, a kinder starting point, and health ideas that fit into the life they are already living.

I loved the personal side of coaching—the check-ins, the small wins, the honest conversations, the “I finally feel better” moments. But I also knew there were more people I wanted to reach beyond the ones I could meet with every day.

That is why I created Modern and Healthy.

I have always cared about: making wellness feel more livable, more thoughtful, and more connected to real people. It brings together the coaching perspective I have built over the years with approachable content, fresh recipes, movement ideas, mindset support, and practical wellness guidance readers can actually use.
